The Coupe Club 2026 Renewal Form
As a current 2025 Coupe Club member, you have first priority to renew your membership for the 2026 Coupe Club before new members are selected. By completing this renewal form and submitting your payment, you will secure your membership for the 2026 term.
Membership begins January 1st, 2026 and ends December 31, 2026.
$120 annual fee to become a member for 2026.
Annual fee must be submitted with form to maintain membership for Coupe Club 2026 or submission will not be considered.

All renewal forms must be submitted by November 15th, 2025 11:59PM to confirm membership. If membership is submitted after, your entry will be pooled in with the new member entries.
