AnnLee Allen is a licensed mental health counselor and the founder of Therapy for Her. Her work is centered on helping women feel stronger and steadier in a world that never really slows down. After more than a decade in the field, she has learned how to blend brain science with practical psychology and everyday language to empower women in creating lasting change in their confidence, boundaries, and emotional well-being. In our 30 minute session, we will identify one pattern that keeps you stuck and replace it with one small practical shift to integrate into your daily life.

This 25-minute slow flow class is an easygoing, breath-led practice designed to help you slow down, move intentionally, and feel more connected to your body. Representing SunState Yoga, a community-focused studio rooted in mindful movement and genuine connection, the class blends gentle flow with moments of pause and ease. Ashley brings over three years of teaching experience and certifications in both vinyasa and yin yoga, with a teaching style that emphasizes breathwork, lightness, and joy. Her goal is for students to leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and inspired beyond the mat. She also owns Centered Practices, a private group yoga business offering curated yoga experiences.
